Yeah this does confirm it. Hopefully they actually have a real fight before the end of the arc. Right now, it feels like a bunch of "canon filler", but that can change as soon as next chapter. All in all though, the Egghead Arc and all of the world building has been very enjoyable. Even Bonney is not as annoying as I thought she would be. Big step up from Wano IMO. Hopefully Oda doesn't ruin it.
