I think Luffy will fight Kizaru - as you do, too.

Mabe Luffy will have a little clash with Saturn - but the Gorosei already needs a walking stick, if I am not mistaken. He may have some kind of fighting abilities, but Oda clearly lets Kizaru have the light of antagonism shining down upon him, plot-wise.

Even if Saturn is strong, it's possible he won't partake in this war. Luffy needs to fight at least one admiral before he becomes the PK. Kizaru's the optimal choice for it.

Think its obvious Saturn is there to take the Seraphin.

The Gorosei dont trust York and would most likely kill her the moment they are able to take the Seraphin.

Even if Saturn is strong i doubt that he will fight, at max just give a hint of his power.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the chain of command thing only applies to Seraphims and not to Pacifistas from what we know

I just hope that Oda made Vegapunk a genius AND revolutionarie having a higher hierarchy than Gorosei. Maybe even Sentomaru too since Vegapunk was the one who build all that stuff.

That would be forward-looking and wise - giving the good side the trump-card.

I wouldn't even wonder, if Vegapunk had at least prepared for an emergency situation like this now - he could e.g. make the Seraphim only obey him after hearing a certain code word.
