Also it's worth pointing that Kizaru is squeaky clean, he has no scratches, dirt or anything on his face implying Luffy did not land any clean hit.
Which is a feat in itself considering Snakeman always manage to land the first hit/hits due to how it works and the surprise effect. Yet it seems even that failed against Kizaru

This is insane. Kizaru moved off far away without Luffy even realizing he was gone, you can literally see him still punching and looking at the wrong direction in the first panel.
Isn’t it like the best or at least top 3 speed feat in the series? @EmperorKinyagi
The dodging doesn't matter.
What matters is the fact that Kizaru blocked everything thrown at him. Neither Katakuri and Kaido came completely clean after engaging a barrage of Jet Culverins.
Unless it's some lucky shot, characters can hardly damage Kizaru.
Tbh, as he's rn, Kizaru doesn't even need ACoC. His kick was so powerful that it sent Snake Man flying across the entire island and through two barriers. With his logia abilities being this busted and having Ryuo, with the possibility of awakening, Kizaru is already powerful af.
However I derail the topic with his strength. This is about his dodging and blocking feat against Snake Man after all.
Current Snake Man is stronger but it doesn't mean that WCI Snake Man is a complete snail in comparison. After all, WCI Luffy and Katakuri were still Marco tier whose speed can match other top tiers.

Well, that will be very hard. In the first place, he will need to hit him, and for this IMO it will be the "no touch haki", be it interior or exterior so he could fool Kizaru with basic punches and blocks.
They arent very different if Luffy doesnt use upgrade moves. AP wise I mean.
