Let's analyze three points of discussion:

1. Kizaru may have given Luffy the food earlier in the arc.
2. If Kizaru had given Luffy the food earlier in the arc, then he may be struggling with the idea of committing to killing the Straw Hats.
3. If Kizaru is NOT struggling with the idea of committing to killing the Straw Hats, then what happens if he doesn't kill any of them?
