Togashi has confirmed that Knuckle's nen type is CONJURATION
It was believed Knuckle was an emitter and therefore him being equal to Kite in close combat abilities was deemed not that impressive due to having more affinity with enhancement. Since they are now confirmed to be the same nen type we now know for sure that Togashi meant that Knuckle simply on the same general level as Kite in term of combat abilities

Kite was hyped up to be nen master lvl (45 meters en) and an exceptional hunter of incredible skill.

Knuckle being near his lvl pretty much confirms there's no way he's not Feitan/Phinks level as neither of these two should be stronger than Kite

The takeaway is that if Kite and Knuckle are to engage in a physical brawl without using any other skills or factors, they will most likely tie. According to Gon at least.

Exactly. No Hatsu, means barely any Nen other than Enhancement.

Knuckle's ability is basically not even having a Hatsu in the first place since it doesnt even make him a better fighter at all. All it does is eventually take his opponents nen away....and for that to work Knuckle would have to engage them.

If Hatsu-less Knucke = Kite. Then Hatsu Kite > Hatsu Knuckle....since again Knuckle's hatsu doesnt give him any added strength or abilities whatsoever. APR is best for support and not for 1v1s. It only works in 1v1s when his opponent is much weaker.

Knuckle's greatest strength is his stamina and employing hit and run tactics.
He can beat foes who are stronger than him as long as he manages to hit them once and escape them.

If Knuckle fights someone who can't outbrawl him and doesn't have stupid hax, he's guaranteed to win because APR makes it impossible to inflict damage to Knuckle until the debt is repaid

Knuckle is a hard counter to Feitan because he will never be able to activate Pain Packer and can't outbrawl Knuckle to pay pack his debt since Knuckle is Kite level in a brawl

With an incredible Weapon based Hatsu which completely counters Knuckle.

Feitan was moving quicker and quicker, and even then they stated he wasnt at his top form. Secondly it was never implied Shizuku and Shalnark could keep up with him. Just that they can see hes not at top speed. If that current speed Feitan was at, made them just see feints....maybe him at Top Speed was invisible to them. So thats why they can say things like that without actually being able to keep up with him in a fight. Same with Gon, who also could only see feints of Knuckle. And why are you comparing Gon to Shizuku and Shalnark. He's more comparable to Kalluto when it comes to reaction speed.

If Feitan at his top speed constantly blitzes Knuckle, which I believe he can....he casually returns the interest and then murks him. But of course thats assuming Feitan even lets Knuckle land APR...which I never see happening.

They are both not masters. If they are masters then what are Morel and Ging? Grandmasters?

Considering the rating that was given in the databook I believe that the strongest spiders will have 23 points, same rating as Kite and Genthru and 1 point below Hisoka and Razor. Knuckle had 22 points and should match the remainder.
