Questions & Mysteries Kuma convinced Vegapunk?

This got me thinking, how did Kuma convinced Vegapunk to keep the Sunny safe until one of the strawhats comeback for 2 years!? Think about it that was also the time when the war of the best was few days over, and Kuma was like one of the best soldiers of the world goverment! Perhaps Vegapunk got in a lot of trouble agreeing into this!

How did Kuma convinced a man like Vegapunk to agree with this terms for 2 years just for the strawhats?

What if Kuma knew a lot about something! Like he was a king of the sorbet kingdom, what if these knowledge he shared to Vegapunk made him agree to Kuma about the strawhats?

what if Kuma was certain about the strawhats? He made vegapunk had hope for brighter future?

What if Vegapunk was a revolutionary? or wants to rebel?

i dont know the answer im curious what you guys think?

Vegapunk was most likely a good guy and being "enslaved" by the WG he had no choice but to follow the orders of the higher ups

a Kuma-vegapunk buddy relationship isn't far fetched, for me anyways, I don't really see vegapunk as an "antagonist"

So simply all Kuma did was sacrificed his will and in exchange hotwire the cyborg to defend the strawhats ships/also the son of his former superior (Dragon)

I think it was hinted that Kuma wants to make a deal with Vegapunk with the task of protecting the Strawhats ship by sacrificing his emotions.

i think its much deeper than that, bro try to read the spoiler of the next chapter. It seems that Vegapunk is also link to Dragon. There’s a chance that Vegapunk would actually die but he will defintely leave something behind to the strawhats, perhaps a very powerful powerup to each of them even another 2 year time skip in just a day or some intense training with his robots
