Once Nao touches Kusababe with Projection it’s over.

- He used a broken (likely cursed) sword to make the CE sword. It didn't come out of thin air.

- Naobito can throw hands as well and has a chance at blocking/negating them. There's no way he can block sword attacks or even recover from them which is why he needs the weapon gone

Well yeah, and I'm saying with what Naobito has said and his hype of being the fastest with his feats and statements, including Naoya being able to stack against a monster like Maki, he has enough of everything to put him as the undisputable strongest G1 sorcerer. Obviously Gege wasn't going to downplay Kusakabe in his moment THAT much, but make it subtle enough.

Naobito is 100% going to stack his speed when he realizes what Kusakabe can do. And once he gets to Mach 1 well we saw how Naoya was pressuring Maki even if she was quite injured. He was putting crater bombs on the ground with every step.

To attack he is forced to go inside Kusakabe SD. It was what Nanami said, Kuz doesn’t have a ton of power or incredible abilities so Nanami couldn’t imagine to win but more importantly he couldn’t imagine him to lose.

I buy Naobito hype totally. I love the guy and he was mad impressive. Without a domain he would have bullied Dagon.
