Shiryu isn’t that guy. From the beginning of this whole Hachinosu subplot, only one BBP has been given a spotlight. And that is Kuzan.
We got a flashback from him and he’s mainly the guy fighting Garp.
It makes absolutely no sense for Shiryu to be the RHM over Kuzan. Imo Oda only included him in that cover page because 1) Kuzan’s allegiance hadn’t been officially revealed, 2) Shiryu might have been the #2 before Kuzan joined.
Regardless, it’s clear how Oda is portraying this. Kuzan is getting all of the hype, Shiryu is getting none.
