In my view, he will switch sides and fight with the Redhair Pirates, when Blackbeard attacks Shanks. Some think he is an honest Blackbeard Pirate. Others think he is a Revo spy and told them about the Balitgo attack beforehand. Then there is all the talk about SWORD.

He's definitely gonna betray the BBP but there is no reason to ally with the RHP. Most of the BBP are fodders, it will be a massacre.

I think Kuzan wants to live according to the ideal of freedom and thus will stay a pirate for the rest of his days. I just don't know if he will be with BBP long term. People think his talk with Smoker meant he was still a marine but thats not what he said.
