Here is a thread-ban I just got for calling fascists, fascist. Not because of insults, not because of hate speech, not because of disrespect, not because of breaking the rules (labels are not in the rules), but because I said that people advocating for fascist ideas, apologizing for war crime and massacres and defending fascists systems were... fascist.
And here is the big problem: I already talked about that in this previous thread, this is not the first time:

The world changed, fascism is now fully looming everywhere. it's fundamental to denounce it even on a puny One Piece forum, in fact especially in a One Piece forum.
My labels evolved. I cannot simply stay silent and sympathetic when someone is apologizing for war crimes or denying a genocide or defending fascist politics or massacres.
You NEED to understand RIGHT F-ing NOW that this is not acceptable. Like not AT ALL. This is not normal, this is not just hate speech, this is beyond. This is the far right in full display.
I don't care that you guyz are not politicized enough to understand that a fascist is a fascist and must be cut out. Some things are not to be accepted, EVEN if you do not understand that. Some users here crossed a limit I cannot simply ignore. You should be able to understand that apologizing for massacres on subjugated people is not ok no matter your political understanding.

Not banning or AT LEAST not warning these people is one thing. But repressing the speech of the one who denounce them is something completely different. And not without consequences.
I hope that this will finally show ALL others users here what I've been talking about the moderation and their inability to act or to understand their own rules. ALL my thread-bans have been similar : The moderation took the side of non action when I was denouncing problems, and choose to strike me instead of them.
This forum is dying and something better be done if you wanna save it. Accepting toxicity or fascist rhetoric - trust me - is not what you need.

So here, you and I have multiple choices:
- Either you do nothing, I stay silent and I don't label in front of oppressive rethoric, which means that you strip me from the right to denounce said rethoric as it is. (I hope you understand what it makes you) - And this will be inacceptable for me.
- Either you thread-ban me again or worse (And I hope - again - you understand what it makes you) - And this will be also unacceptable for me.
- Either you act against these fascists rhetorics. I'm not asking to ban necessarily the people but to make them understand the limits of ethics and make YOU understand the limits of ethics too.
- Either you don't act but you allow me to label fascists as they should because labeling is not only made to denounce a rhetoric, it's also a way to make other people understand a danger. (as explained in the previous thread)

I wish this thread weren’t trying to fan the flames of something resembling a French Revolution, especially when most sections of this forum are basically inactive aside from the One Piece area and the weekly chapter threads. Be honest here; there’s no 1984-level surveillance or mass ‘human rights violations’ happening here… yet.
For clarity, when I say ‘human rights violations,’ I’m referring to hypothetical, draconian levels of treatment, nothing even remotely close to what’s actually happening on Worstgen.

I believe that a forum is a much better way to interact than reddit, so I really want forum like this one to be good and safe place in the fanbase for all. There is no reason for it to be something else, it's just needs a rebranding and a bunch of systematic changes.
