Lafitte might have a Vegapunk connection just like Blackbeard (who has read the Book of Devilfruits like Sanji). He might got his wings from science. Through DNA manipulation. As the future opponent of Sanji, that would work very well. He would control the Seraphim through hypnosis. Perhaps indirectly by hypnotising a Vegapunk. I don't see how it could be a satellite, because their knowledge gets synchronized regularly. It can't be a government agent, because the Seraphim were ordered to attack CP0. When Egghead started, I considered Lafitte appearing on the Sunny at the end, offering a Loge Pose to Pirate Island, just like Robin had appeared on the Merry in Whisky Peak.
