Terrigenous Sediment is a word I just looked up. It means Sediment that is derived from the weathering of rocks that are exposed above sea level. These sediments typically consist of clay, silt, sand, and gravel and are deposited above sea level or carried by rivers, glaciers, or wind into the ocean. The image shows terrigenous sediment deposited on the Badwater alluvial fan of Death Valley.

Yes, however I think that the erosion cycle itself takes many hundreds of thousands of years for us to see deep impacts in the earth and many millions for it to shape the world around us. Conversely, I think Jew D. Boy and Kiwi with their fancy university grade words and their high society social parties are worth a little less than years of erosion.
