I really doubt it. I think Law could only save Jinbe because he's got a bigger body than Ace and probably was hit in a spot where it wasn't totally fatal (though obviously without Law's help he'd have died). He wouldn't be able to save Ace, though, given 98% of his organs were nothing but a molten pile of ash and soot on the floor.

No, if it was just blood lost sure but I'm pretty sure his internal organs got completely fried and you can't just swap organs around from body to body the body has to be able to accept the new organs which is why donors need to match just like blood donor

On the off chance someone was willing to give up their organs right then and there so Law and Chopper can operate then there's a .00001% chance they could save him if there happens to be a donor

No way. Akainu turned his internal organs into literal dust. Neither can give him new internal organs. There was no saving Ace.

Only power that might have saved Ace was Imu hax because of the regeneration. No other character has shown an ability capable of restoring organs.
