Plotki. Don't think about it too much. Can't he just shambles away the Haki and the person together? If he can cut sea stone then...? And How would he know that he can't shamble those two specifically? If Law can Shamlble up to Luffy, then he can shamble at least 99.9999% of the One Piece world. How would he discover this?

Law can't teleport everybody because some of their haki is too strong for his fruit to handle (example would be Kaido and Big Mom). Law was also teleported Doffy for a bit back in Dressrosa but he couldn't teleport Fujitora.

Law must have surely teleported Fuji who didn't hold back no efforts in trying to capture Law, same as Doffy. Yet Law stalled for 30min. In movie Stampede Law used shambles on Smoker, though I'm not sure how miuch credence we shall give that lol. I don't think he would've foguth Smoker the way he did if he could teleport him

Haha a good bait thread.

Being serious, it's very clear they are talking about haki resistance, meaning opposition. Roof WG are not opposing Law, therefore they can be moved at will. Not the same case as the Yonko, who are enemies.

Some people srsly think Law's ability is some kind of mini game that happens in the strong haki users's head asking them if they wanna be teleported or not :vistalaugh::vistalaugh:

That or you agree that, since Luffy also got teleported without knowing, his haki is also apparently weak right?
