Naw don't be a hypocrite Kidd's crew is weak compared to luffy's. So staying consistent with what you think about law kidd has to be a weak leader compared to luffy cuz his crew is compared to the sh's. If kidd's not then law isn't a bad leader cuz his crew sucks.
BM is a terrible leader but she's a yonko. Having a strong crew doesn't mean you are a good captain.

Luffy knew from day 1 when he actively started recruiting that he wanted Zoro because he was strong and Nami because she can help them get to the Grand Line, Luffy was intelligent enough to know he didnt want someone weak as his nakama and he started recruiting people who will cover his shortcomings, there would be no way Luffy would have ever wanted scrubs like the Heart Pirates as his nakama
Anyway Law also doesnt have much faith in his crew thats why they didnt go to the NW when everyone else did but stayed in paradise

The gap between the SHP and KP is not as big as the gap between the HP and KP, Law's crew is pretty much trash, Kid's crew have people who can fight and beat multiple headliners and gifters at the same time

The point was Luffy is reckless and would get law's crew killed but is viewed as a great leader. If the sh's weren't main characters they'd be dead 4 times by now. Luffy is a good leader cuz he understands those under him and knows how to delegate responsibility that he's not prepared for.
Law's a good leader cuz he understands his crews limits and actively keeps them alive despite being in NW and them barely being a step above fodder.
Having a bad crew doesn't mean you aren't a good leader. Both zoro and Sanji have no crew but are good leader. While like I told the other guy BM has 1 of the strongest crews ever and is a terrible leader. It's like y'all are trying to make a matric that only applies to law and fault him for it. The point is luffy gathered a crew to become pirate king. Law gathered a crew to be doctors. Law wanted to kill doffy and his crew would have been outclassed. It is not even a contest how delusional laws surviving tactics have been especially after he killed doflamingo and yonkos ate known to attack your closest people. At the end of the day law is a hypocrite and an idiot.
If you asked people in general alot would say luffy's a great leader. The point being Luffy can lead the way he does because he has a high strong and competent crew. If he tried his leadership style with the vast majority of crew's he'd get them killed especially a weak crew. Law keeping his weak crew alive speaks to his leadership as by all logic they shouldn't have made it as far as they have when it's debatable law's second strongest is even stronger than ussop.
Leader and captain are synonyms I don't need to explain elementary logic to you now do I? Like I said law can be faulted for not prioritizing strength on he's crew but that has nothing to do with leadership skills or since you can understand synonyms his ability to captain. Law is far from the worst captain in the series and just having a strong crew doesn't make you a good captain. BM and kaido are terrible captains yet have 2 of the strongest crews. Kaido leads through force and BM through fear which are terrible traits but because they are strong it can work.

You quoted people talking about the incompetence of Law's crew not Law himself, you cant just add to other peoples conversations, what does leadership have to do with what we were saying about Law's crew being trash?

Law is a specialist. He is much more like Zoro or Mihawk than Luffy, Doflamingo or Jinbei who are true leaders.
It's not that L/Z/M can't lead but they are introverted lonewolfs by nature. In the real world in a company setting those kind of people tend to get a position akin to a top boss with similar salary but without having to manage employees.
