Kroom is just a mode, the “shock wille” was the attack Law did on BM which is similar to the countershock he did in Vergo, they are both regular attacks that are enhanced in his awakened state

This is in his awakened state because the attack was not similar to any of the countershock he did on Doflamingo, BM or the giant (giant that got KOd but didn’t have internal smoke coming out of him)
