I will just follow the list you have provided to get my opinion out of my mind:
  • Continuing Plot Lines
This one in my opinion has been pretty consistent but there were a LOT of subplots that just felt too messy to follow. I think Oda had countless ideas to bring them into Wano, collected throughout the years, and so far he did well to continue or finish them but some just don't feel that important or interesting to me and I wished it had been fewer, though I enjoyed most of them.
  • New Characters
There has been so many characters that just don't feel important?! The Oniwabanshu, the Yakuza bosses besides Hyo, and other side characters that were name dropped and then shortly after discarded, especially all the GIFTERS we have seen since Onigashima started. At first it was fun to see all the Headliners in Act 1 and it was enjoyable but it got quite old and boring after a while. Also what we've seen so far of King, Queen and Jack feels disappointing but I can't say that I often cared a lot about subordinates as far as it didn't come to the actual fights.
  • Enemies
Same as above, the gifters were ridiculous at first but just made all of the Beast Pirates look like a group of fools. I can barely take them seriously anymore, even Jack, Queen and King don't really catch me as of yet.
  • Antagonists
Well, also an enemy, but in this one I will talk about Orochi. I hate his design (I like ugly designs too but he really just looks horrible) and despite Oda doing a good job that readers will hate this character fast for his personality, I just hope we get a good finishing blow for him because I am a bit disappointed that he neither looks nor is an actual threat, which is solely Kaido backing him up instead.
  • Arc Progression/Pacing
For the most time I liked the pacing but just as mentioned in the first point, there has been a lot of subplots that made the story feel messy and uncoordinated. It felt rough a lot of times, switching here and there, some feel lost in the void for ages. While it is nice to have a detailed plot with lots of things happening, the two week time span of them staying in Wano just to plan things and get ready felt so long with all the things that happened. Also we are still in Act 3 and I wonder where the cut will be to Act 4. I like this way of storytelling especially with the Reverie etc in between but since it's a lot happening that feels small and messy, it feels like it's dragging for ages.
  • Tension/Conflict
Plots that have been hyped up a lot and then discarded easily, such as right now with Chopper and Queens virus, Big Mom pirates acting dumb again or not reaching Onigashima at all so far. Numbers feel like a joke, where are they even?? Really liked the reveal about Kamazou being Killer tho, that hit me hard. In general tho, some things in retrospect feel just really dumb to me, as if some characters just have three braincells dancing in a circle around a campfire, each of them singing a different song out of tune. Everytime I hear Queen talking shit, or I see another gifter, I just feel my braincells rotting away.
  • Onigashima Raid
I can just give it a 3/5 so far. It's better than average but it's not THAT GOOD so far. Way too many skips between places and characters, too many plots going on, too many unimportant characters that take panel time that could be used wiser.
  • Strawhats
Literal hate for the amount of times Sanji has been an idiotic pervert. I like everything but that side of him. It's not funny, it's annoying. Oda is using too many panels for jokes that just aren't funny. Starting with Kinemon giving Nami a tight kimono, Sanji drooling over Kiku, over Nami, the worst still being the bathhouse scene that was absolutely disgusting and I can't believe that Oda was allowed to draw that bullshit. The only place where I halfway liked it was actually with Black Maria in the past chapters.

Legit feels like the worst arc for me.
I might go all the way to say that I down right DISLIKE Wano.

BUT.
I'm gonna wait until it is over and reread it in one go, to see if it is as bad as it feels.
Maybe the breaks and waiting just fucks up the experience.

I like a lot of the new arc characters who have been introduced like Hyogoro, O-Tsuru and the Scabbards. The pacing is odd at times, remember how Nami just zapped Orochi and mysteriously escaped off-panel, or how Page One vs Sanji was off screened but then we get 2 chapters of Luffy no diffing Gifters. The Oden flashback was actually pretty good, though Oden was the worst part of it but he plays off Roger, Kaido and Whitebeard pretty well. I wish we got introduced to the other Flying Six members earlier in the arc. The Onigashima raid reminds me of Marineford, chaos and small clashes instead of 1v1. Overall, pretty solid probably top 10 One Piece arcs.
