even with the Gaban revelation and a Sanji fan I still think Oda may give him CoC but be ambiguous if he is using it in fights. it's the same with CoA right now, it's never clear if Sanji is using haki. we just know he is using it.
For sure though he will get confirmed to have CoC.

I actually like this point. Oda may not see the need of giving Sanji CoC since he is a genetically modified human so it makes up for it to some extent.

This argument only makes sense if Sanji will continue to evolve genetically like a Pokemon. But it's just a stable one time transformation, it's not just going to get stronger. The only thing left is for him to improve and advance his haki and fire, which go hand in hand anyway.
I think this video explains why Sanji said that there you Zoro fans should stop taking everything literally and look for the deeper meaning, that is why most Zoro fans are annoying.
