Kid's bounty won't be as high as Blackbeard's.
He's much weaker individually and bounties are NOT a powerscaling metric anyway.
If Kid beats BM that would still only make him around 50/55% as strong as her. And Blackbeard is stronger than BM.

BM hit a defenseless Kid lying on the ground and did nothing to him. That Kid was not even close to BB's level.
BM couldn't oneshot a distracted Ulti either. Pretty consistent with her trash AP feats on the rooftop.

Kizaru never used a single named attack on Luffy and threw him right back at Whitebeard. He kept making a mockery out of him by calling him slow and trash.

Again. You are just coping. Why would Kizaru not kill Dragons son. Sengoku specifically called him a future menace to humanity.
The reality is Kizaru tried and failed.

Because his AP is even WORSE than Big Moms.

Right and having a bounty of a billion or over is absolutely a benchmark of power. Marco himself spelled that out.

Zoro could have beated Enel if Oda wasn't inconsistent. He learned haki at Alabasta, no reason to not cut Enel too.

Characters in One Piece are clearly, Yonko Level, Admiral Level, Commander Level, Rookie Level, Fodder Level etc.

But characters have different abilities and qualities. Luffy for example is immune to bullets and punches/kicks/throwns. So no matter how strong you are even stronger than Luffy if you don't know haki or doesn't have cutting/explosion abilities you can't defeat him. That applies to Kaido only being hurt by ACoA and ACoC(that Oda retconned) and BM haki coat that Bege made a whole plan to drop it down.

Whenever you say power levels doesn't exists you are strictly saying someone like Tama can defeat what we beleive to be the strongest or one of the strongest character of One Piece.
