The guy got wounds from x drake at their first fight and izo do something to him too.
He was afraid to go and interrupt kaido's fight.
Good for him that he showed balls but he not a challenge for either of the two on the roof.
Jinbe showed similar staff against big mom.
I view him at YC 3 level, maybe little above imo

Him being that fast is obviously plot since Kaido's attack is a speed burst attack where only a FS user with the lvl of speed of Katakuri or above is able to dodge. And to dodge an attack which comes from a certain distance requires much less speed than outspeeding a certain amount of speed and from a greater distance (CP0 boss was further away from Luffy than Kaido from Luffy).
Him being able to stop Luffy is perfectly logical. The guy is YC lvl and stopping Luffy in that position is not an awesome feat since he didnt start his movement, he was blocked while he was at point "0" of the movement and he did it for an instant. All this happened in a very tiny fraction of second, Kaido couldnt stop his movement.

Finally the CP0 Boss is getting the recognition he deserves. Now hopefully Ryokugyu won't disappoint.
The next chapter or so will really determine if whether or not the CP0 boss is the real deal.

- Kaido is pissed that the CP0 boss interfered. He immediately clubs him and effectively kills Mr. Go's hype in the process. Mr. Go's stocks go down and we never hear him again.
- Same as above but Mr. Go senses an act of aggression and continuously dodges Kaido's barrages. At the same time, he shigans Kaido's body in key areas. He reveals that his tekkai can be transferred from his body to another person (Luffy getting a tekkai vest). He reveals he does not believe that Kaido winning this war will benefit the WG at all and wants to ship him back to either Dr. Vegapunk for more experimentation or to Impel Down where he gets manhandled by level 6 prisoners.
People overcomplicate things
sure he’s strong and fast
but when he did is something really normal when you hold someone else’s punch or distract it a little… it only required a moment of distraction for Kaido to swing at full force on Luffy
What’s more impressive about CP0 agent is his guts and courage and not the physical stats here

I can't see it until I see it but his potential is pretty dope so who knows I think there is at least a chance he turned that strong.
I still feel like Sabo might assist Luffy against Sakazuki though but maybe that won't be necessary and their powers also conflict.
Sabo will probably not quite reach admiral level but this is my personal opinion. :cheers:
