He doesn't need to say anything about it's strength, there are blatant feats of Shinigami/Hollows interacting with and cutting/breaking space, so we can fairly extrapolate that Negacion is simply that powerful to where even these characters that can ordinarily do those things I listed above, can't against Negacion.
