Powers & Abilities Linlin can't use ACoC consciously

Are you judging this based on a 2v1? Where even the likes of G4 Luffy got tagged by a veteran level character? Kaido getting tagged by Law ringing any bells?
BM was dominating throughout that battle and actually beat them white eyed on the floor at one point. She got side blinded by one of the most lethal characters in the series when she thought he was down.
Put Kaido in the same situation, same will happen. Kidd eats his attacks while Law blindsides him. And no FS does not help him unless in specific circumstances, he’s not specialized in it like Kat.

@Monkey D Theories There is no such thing as using ACoC unconsciously. And not only that, she used ACoA + ACoC in conjunction. And note, this was right after the chapter where Kaido said “only the very strongest can use it!” Oda covered his bases and was making sure that people don’t downplay Linlin by showcasing that she, too, has that power.
It is neither an accident nor a coincidence.
The only in-universe answer is that she doesn’t use it because she specializes in her DF. Just like how Kaido has FS but doesn’t use it like Kat does. Out of universe is Oda wanted BM vs Kidd and Law to be a primarily DF battle as opposed to just ACoC fest like with Luffy and Kaido.
Who knows, when she fights Luffy again, maybe we will see more of it. Different battles require different skill sets, ACoC wouldn’t have helped blocked Kroom or magnetism powers.

Yeah, no that's based on her struggling to hit Base Luffy and Jinbe when they were standing right in front of her in WCI, and numerous other instances. That is the general assessment of her combat abilities. Her best moves are Maser Cannon and Misery - both df applications. Ikoku is also not a sword technique like Tatsumaki or Shishishi Sonson but based off pure brute force (kinda like Pound Cannons). That's not a slight on her ovr powerlevel, she has other abiliities (natural physical strength, durability, endurance) and her strong df with a lot of versatility to cover up for that.
Struggling to hit? I’m not sure where you ever got “struggling.” Nobody in WCI has bothered to have a 1v1 with her, they all either ran away or attempted to block her. In fact, Jinbei tried to guard against Cognac instead of dance around it.
The fact that she could keep up with Kaido 1v1 is proof enough that any “slow” “bad” combat abilities is overexaggerated.
Just because she is a tank does not mean her CQC is bad. It was good enough to beat Law and Kidd in a direct confrontation, good enough to 1v1 Kaido, good enough to choke Marco in a 1v1.
