Linlin potential is something kids in these forum won't understand, just because she is poorly written character, goofy, nerf by plot, drive away by the plot so that who ever on protagonist side would have advantage against her even in the most stupid way. All these thing doesn't define the term "weak" especially talking about power lvl
I think many doesn't even understand the meaning of power lvl
She's born with gifted strength that no human would even match her. Has all haki, adv CoC, top durability, endurance. Most versatile power among top tiers. She and Kaido has the most attributes among any other character
Just because Oda always let the plot armor of mc side goes beyond so that Linlin couldn't use her full potential doesn't make her any weak.
If you don't believe whether Linlin can beat other top tiers is upon you, go tell Oda whether he will let the plot of nerfing Big mom again and couldn't use her full capabilities so that his opponent could have some chances against her.
It's all upon you whether you think Oda still allows Linlin to go all out even when facing other top tiers so that they can clown Linlin like some mid tier characters could. Last time i check when Big mom face top tier 1v1, she doesn't get clown anymore and hold her ground for 3 days evenly. Plot >>>> strongest character.
If a one arm boi with no superhuman body and stats could have chance of beating top tier. Why shouldn't natural born monster with top physical stats which also has all types of haki + versatile Devil fruit have chance of beating any top tier.

My list from strongest to weakest
- Fujitora
- Trafalgar D. Water Law
- Roronoa Zoro
- Yamato
- Eustass Kidd
- Zoro is stronger than Law.
- Linlin will be very hard pressed to win against Post King fight Zoro.
- If Linlin is indeed defeated without showing Awakening, she isn't beating Issho.
