Well, suffice it to say Katakuri was a logia in the beginning.

We don't know when Oda decided to retcon the fruit, for all we know it was before or even because of the awakening.

I always thought mythical tranformations for Logia awakening would be nice. Similar to Enel's Thor.

Kizaru could be Horus or Apollo
Sabo could be Satan
Akainu could be Ares
