So he will become king of Elbaph and fight in the final battle with this title. But not in the crew

Loki could join as important ally after he becomes the new King of Elbaph. He stays in Elbaph for a while, or he will follow into the final war soon and fights alongside his Brother Hajrudin.

I can see him join Vivi style but not more. Still expecting a momo / kin style membership

He joins Blackbeard because one of the fruits Xebec needed was Elbaf's, and if Loki doesn't join, they'll have to execute him and give his fruit to Wolf, and somehow it will work out that way, even if he has fruit.

For Jinbe to join, he needs to wait until Sanji is equal or stronger than him. He got stalled by "Big Mom excuse".

This is why Yamato doesn't directly joins SH, because Sanji is still weaker than her. She got "traveling excuse".

There is a chance Sanji will be given ACoC in Elbaf, making him equal or stronger than Yamato.

However, we don't see Yamato anywhere near Elbaf. And Loki is definitely stronger than Yamato.

So, Loki can't join, because he is still stronger than Sanji. If he joins later, there won't be enough time. Yamato doesn't even get the chance, much less Loki.

Haj is Luffy’s main giant ally. Hence he’s on the SHGF. He also wishes to be king of the giants.

Loki will fight Imu and have a great heroic sacrifice, saving Elbaf. He will go down like Rocks and Harald.
