Galley La used warhammers and some of the crew were ancient giants like Loki.

Hence it’s very likely that Ragnir belonged to a member of Galley La. My guess is that the WG confiscated the weapons and Loki stole them from Punk Hazard when he became a pirate.

I noticed the difference but didn't think much of it, actually could be very much possible. Maybe that's even how you start up Pluton, by using the hammer and doing what Enel did.
