Current Luffy still loses to all of Whitebeard, Shanks, Kaido, and Big Mom. Bounty wise Luffy's is also still lower, that is the symbol Luffy hasn't surpassed them yet.

People would think Big Mom the so called weakest Yonko would lose to Nika while actually she has more answer to Nika's weakness than Kaido: Napoleon.

If you are talking about Luffy being hit by those Kaido air slashes in chapter 1047, then you are wrong. Luffy was not defending when he got hit with those air slashes.

Again with Advanced Haki, and luffy defending, Base Luffy deflected those air slashes in chapter 1037,

Not just that, but Luffy also deflected and clashes with kaido's weapon as well usign advanced haki in chapter 1037.


Finally, Kaido put Luffy above Big mom in chapter 1037 as well.

Big mom also lacks battle iq, cannot use haki well and does not have Future Sight. She is slow, and not agile. Her whole power set is countered completely by Luffy.

Oda also put Luffy above Kaido in Road to laugtale below ( especially part 4)
