Lost about 20 pounds mostly through keto.

Been doing keto for about a month and some change. I plan to do it for maybe another month or two. At my biggest I think I was about 230- 235. Which I didn't think was possible. When I graduated high-school I was 210 pounds and through alot of martial arts and lifeguard training after about a year 1 was about 155-165 pounds. Though I didn't quite have abs showing never have. I felt too small. Doing sports and allways lifting weight made me sick all the time.

When I moved back to the city and started gaining weight my dad told me at 170 it was the perfect weight and I should hold their. I'm about 212 right now and I plan to do keto until I reach 190-200. My goal in mind is to be about 205 pounds and alot of it to be muscle.

Me being the warrior I am I know 205 to 230 is the weight of a heavy weight. In general, skill not being accounted for you can't really beat people out of your weight decision. Meaning Khabibulin would get ragdolled by people in the heavy weight decision. I mentally can't deal with the idea that I'm just to small to deal with certain guys.

I don't mind a little fat as I think it does serve a purpose as long as I'm a little buff and look decent with my shirt off. Secondary plan is just to drop down to 180 and build a lil muscle.

I'll do it some other way I don't see keto as a lifestyle unless you have specific immune diseases.
