I'll clarify. Lucci is done fighting Zoro or Luffy and probably won't fight any other Straw Hats.

However!!!!!

It feels like Lucci still has some other role to fulfill in the story. He clearly didn't change at all even after getting defeated by Luffy in Enies Lobby. So I think we're about to see some sort of character arc (a small one) in order to wrap up his character. I don't think he'll betray the world government and flip to Luffy's side, but there's gotta be more to him than just getting draxxed by both Luffy and Zoro.
