When Sabo and Lucci clashed in the movie “Gold”, their fists emitted electric haki upon impact with each other. What is that reminiscent of? Luffy in his fight against Chinjao, which took place in the Dressrosa arc, which the film was released shortly after said arc.

During that instance in the coliseum, literally right before that Chinjao was giving Luffy a talk about “Conquerors” present in the New World and that it’s not as rare as he thinks. The clash of lightning being the highlight…. We see it again with Doflamingo once Luffy clashes with him.

We see this same lightning effect arcing from CoC users on other occasions since, like Whitebeard clashing with Roger.

You’re probably going “but that’s filler you dumbass” “it’s a flashy special effect TOEI put in that disregards actual rules set by the manga” or whatever but think again. Oda had his hands in the cookie jar with the production of this movie.

He created the new characters+location, advertised the movie and all. GODA’S INTENT IS CLEAR:

Sabo and Rob Lucci are CoC users and also being pitted up to be rivals. Their ideologies are polar opposites but both have the desire to conquer, tearing down the government entirely and killing all enemies of the government respectively.

Oda even sets these two to be rivals once again with the One Piece World Seeker game in which they fight multiple times and end with a stalemate explosion that sends them both flying in a mountain level explosion

He has the same qualities as his brothers. Dragon saw potential in him and he rose through the ranks despite being so young, same as Lucci in CP

The only problem I always found with him getting CoC is his pointless family. But tbh it was never stated that u can't get CoC if you don't have qualities urself alone.

Pointless family? Lineage was never a factor wdym? Rayleigh was a normal guy. So is Shanks. Hancock. Zoro. Doffy’s the only Celestial Dragon with it so far and his family was just as “pointless” as Sabo’s.

I don't think so. Unfortunately, Luffy is the most protected character in the series. The best we will get is Zoro/Luffy/Sabo being the strongest characters alive and people will probably portray them to be equals like Yonko system or shit.

I fucking curse the day Sabo got Mera. I liked it because I had no problems with it but the amount of retarded apes calling him Ace 2.0 is just beyond unbearable.

It's not like Sabo wouldn't rape Ace in 1 vs 1 Fucking Martial artists with advCoA and poggers techniques vs DF abuser.

If Vivi returns shell probably have done so with the power of the falcon Zoan fruit, as such she’ll have the opportunity to Grow stronger.

Vivi also confronted Lucci particularly at the reverie so the fight has some sort of set up and dependent on what happened at the reverie Vivi fighting CP0 would be a great thing. I also would love to see Vivi and Robin fighting together against CP0

Lucci had the potential to be YC1, until oda fked him over with the normal, ancient, mythical zoan tier system.
As a regular zoan, he is eternally overshadowed by ancient/mythical.
Having him to beat an ancient zoan is already an over-stretched, let alone a mythical zoan level tier of Marco's caliber.
