Even assuming their speed is comparable (which is doubtful), Lucius is simply far too haxed for them. One good hit of his magic and they're all fucked, and his attacks have more range now that he has absorbed Lucifero as well. Even if they hit him with attacks of their own, Lucius can simply reverse time to instantly "heal" these injuries.
Last chapter implies that he might as well have acquired Lucifero's Gravity Magic, so what's probably going to happen here is that Lucius is gonna try to pin them down with that. Even if it isn't fully successful, it'll probably give him enough time (pun not intended) to cast Chronostasis, effectively stopping all of them and ageing them to dust. So many ways for Lucius to win here.
Maybe the Yonkos would have more of a chance if we assumed Blackbeard's darkness acts like anti-magic. After all, in his universe, it's supposed to cancel Devil Fruit powers. But yeah, even with that it's not looking very good for the Yonkos here IMO...
