If the Redline is destined to be destroyed and fall and thus connect all the seas together...wouldn't the resulting destabillization of ocean currents cause like a several decade long breakdown of the global climate? Monstrous storms and calamities across the world until everything is getting rearranged and balance out? It is possible that the Strawhats will die before the "New World" has been finallized in it's creation.

End of Strong World involved oppressed people taken over by giant mutant animals (Gorosei?) gaining genetic altering from the drugs around them that gave them wings.

If only we knew some crazy people who could inject Lunarian DNA worldwide to unlock the Lineage Factor relating to Lunarian Wings, allowing people flight.

I think the stuff with the wings is a bit too extreme, but overall I like that. I also considered the skies to be the place to settle after the redline falls. Elbaf might even be a good gateway to these ideas.
