It will mirror God-Valley. This will take place after the “Final War” the Marines and even the protagonists for the most part will be washed. And it’s the only scenerio that makes sense if you want the Admirals out of the picture otherwise they would pull up on Blackbeard… Koby will be the only hope of the Navy at that point and become a hero.

Blackbeard - Xebec (And being the opportunist that he is BB will strike when everyone else is seemingly to weak to stop him, not accounting for the obvious two)
Teech and his crew will be too powerful for any one character to defeat him forcing a team up. Luffy will be nerfed heavily and not up to the task to win without his signature Gomu Gomu. That leaves Koby someone just as pure hearted with a growth rate nearly as fast as his and literally trained by Garp to step in and help vanquish the world’s greatest evil and threat. Two devil fruits possibly three at that point will be too much for nearly everyone, Law and Kid are non factors to BB since they lean towards DF over Haki
The remainder of the Grand Straw Hat Fleet, Luffy’s wings and frenemies like Law and Kid will help take on the Blackbeard Pirates because lets be honest Luffy’s crew is too weak to be fighting such monsters contrary to everyone thinking they will. Yamato and Jimbei may help too depending on how they fared against the WG Forces
