Luffy is meant to be special and one of the few that can actually be pk.
Zoro is meant to be special of the right hands as someone that can reach the top.
Sanji is meant be special of the left hands as he has the potential to reach the top with fighting not even beinghis primary role.
Even the lower members like Robin who is the only one that can read Ponyglyphs are special .
Chopper win be one of if nit the best doctor in the world that can cure any disease.
Nami will be the best navigator ever and map the world.
Etc.
All the crew is meant to be special he'll be the end of the story you could replace sanji with jinbe and still make the same point by how good the crew will be. The shs weren't meant to be a normal crew but a crew that would surpass Roger's. Sanji is luffys left hand and the left hand of the pk is going to be at least as good as other crews right hands if not better.
