One sagging Zorotard have ruined the manga further by spreading misinformation and stupidity. Black streaks do not mean attacks imbued with Adcoc. It simply means the user has COC. ODA has drawn Luffy with these streaks since dressrosa.

I had to say this because tards are saying Luffy used adcoc and Kizarubis hardly phased. Like get for fucking real. Luffy used bade coa on this chump.

Pretty sure the black lines are just visual affects that show the user has coc. Oda didn't think of the idea until dressrosa. Just like nobody was shown with coa hardening at the war.
