Even Nami herself admits Sanji is a better leader
She was proud to announce herself and co as Twirly pirates

So far, Sanji is the only SHs to actually lead the crew (half or not) when Luffy isn't around and the crew is named after him

Zoro didn't even lead half the crew in Wano when luffy was away

Several of the strawhats have stepped up to fill-in for Luffy, most commonly Sanji who has had more leadership moments than any of the strawhats

Luffy has a lot of burdens on him and the captain needs more than 1 team lead, hence Jinbei and Sanji for example taking leading roles regularly in the post-TS

In term of amounts of leadership moments, Sanji > Jinbei > Franky > Zomo > Others

Bro they can never be four vice in a company or establishment.. It's either the president, vice president, chancellor or vice etc.. Zoro is the only vice captain of the strawhats it's simple really

Yes, in a crew of ten people there is one captain and four vice-captains. And the other five are sub-vice-captains.

Or we use our common sense and see Zoro is the only person who has ever been called a First Mate in manga, anime, live action, Vivre Card, databook, whatever you want.

If we are being honest nami acts like the vc the most on a day to day basis. Obviously zoro is meant to fill the role as the #2. The shs are unique in that the entire crew including luffy listens to the person in the crew with the most knowledge/experience in the problem at the moment.

I'm fine with there being only 2 official naval ranks, fulfilled by Luffy and Zoro, Captain/FM, that correlates

Second statement doesn't make sense, there is a hierarchy in the aspect of authority wherein the weakhats always render under Sanji, Franky or Jinbei when Luffy is absent
