Break Week Luffy is going to solo Kaido and that is reasonable in shonen logic

If you think Luffy being able to 1v1 Kaido from now is absurd, do you even Shonen?

Freeza's power level was 120M and Goku's was 3M at the start of their fight. Goku unlocked Super Saiyan and shot to 150M after Krillin died.

Ichigo became a Vasto Lorde against Ulqiorra and also got an asspull against Aizen.

There are somethings that are completely normal in Shonen and if you have a hardtime with that, manga is just no for you.

1. Nakama powers: when you have a friend in danger, you get way stronger. In this sense, Luffy can Aweken his DF or master Haki Roger/Joy Boy style to save someone.
2. Plot induced stupidity: why didn't Rob Lucci finish Luffy off seeing to his death, and instead, gave him his back? Because it's Luffy's manga. Happens all the time. Kaido will fuck up.
3. Asspull: every single Shonen ever has lots and lots of asspulls. Why does Yugi always draw that card he needs? Heart of the Cards = asspulls. Bankai was an asspull. Sage mode was an asspull. Again, Luffy can pull an Awekening or CoC mastery out of his ass.

The next time Luffy and Kaido fight will be the third one and Luffy will definetely win. If it happens with the help of someone else like Doflamingo was nerfed as fucked by a tricked Room Jet Hawk to the liver and a Gamma Knife to the heart, fine. But, if Luffy soloes Kaido 1 on 1, that's fine too, that's why we see shonen in the first place, to see the protagonist overcome obstacles and also to see cool shit.

Please stop it with this shit. Even Toriyama fucked up on the math of this crap, and he admitted it. One Piece characters, especially post time skip, don't get random insane boosts.

Can you imagine if a Top Tier randomly got boosted 5x? He'd destroy everyone.

Doesn't matter how strong anyone becomes as long it fits the story logic. Goku becoming SSJ and stronger than Freeza fits the story(Freeza was afraid of SSJ legend).

Ichigo becoming Vasto Lorde after he "died" is a bit odd but still fits the story. And nothing absurd about his Vasto Lorde being so much stronger than Ulchiorra. Ichigo trained few months after facing Aizen, which completely fits the story.

Luffy getting Adv CoC without trainning doesn't fits story. He still losing after that asspulling and coming back again to beat Kaido is only worse.

Luffy should have won against Kaido when it was 5 vs 2. Everytime later than that is just worse for Oda's shitty writting.

Shitty writting is not suppose to be good no matter what is your type of work. Just see fucking One Punch Man, no ass pulling because protagonist is always portrayed as the strongest. And is still a good work.
