Break Week Luffy is too op and it is not fair

We know luffy would eventually job to upcoming villain but if you look at pure stats he is meant to win the fight
Like who has all three and haki and awakening yet he is still weaker than roger or wb can anyone explain why.

Luffy is the strongest the WG hates him as much as Roger despite he didn't find the One Piece

Roger only was the most dangerous when he found the OP
Luffys existence alone is right now worse as that

They prob downgrade Luffy and want to kill him fast Nika Luffy is strongest in the verse that's why the ancient weapons comes into the play
