Funny that Lucci and Kaku arrived on the island, and Luffy didn't even care about their presence. They are so weak, it's no wonder that Awakened Lucci couldn't even touch Gear 5.

To be fair Luffy is reacting to a big attack or someone else coming while Lucci was just standing there.

True.. Lucci wasn't in combat mode at the time.. Kizaru is so Luffy is sensing him.. Especially if some Light reaches where they are..
