If you're talking about the supernovas like Kidd or Law, i don't know how you thought they would ever match luffy's crew. For all we know, the Straw Hat Pirates are still the only crew among the Supernovas to have every member with a bounty on their head. Kidd and Law's crews were shit even before the timeskip.

Yeah he doesn’t have that because nobody taught it to him, when Luffy used it against Kaido his dialogue shows that he doesn’t have it. The thing is Enma was able to pull out Zoro’s full potential with CoA hardening and since Zoro has an affinity to CoA unlike Luffy even his hardening at full power can permanently scar Kaido with Ashura

That concept is for CoA in general and what he used in Alabasta was a one time use of basic CoA which he never had to display again because he became able to cut through steel without it in Skypea

Yamato might potentially even beat King too
Luffy can go toe to toe with Kaido
On top of that the grand fleet
Compare all that with other supernova crews which is the point of the thread in the first place and they aren't even close.
