Since it is zoan df, do you think oda will ever allow fluffy to use some of the g5 ability in base like how kaido and macro have done in the past or will fluffy only use his cartoony power in gt

Luffy already uses his zoan ability in base.

As Luffy's DF is human model and nika looked like human , luffy's hybrid and full zoan coincide with each other. Hence he doesn't have separate hybrid or full zoan mode.
