Blackbeard still has things to do before losing to Luffy. His bounty is lower than Kaido's. Luffy will fight him when Teach has overtaken the Azure Dragon in notoriety. Blackbeard still hasn't shown a third DF yet. Most importantly, he hasn't defeated Shanks yet. He hasn't peaked yet. Defeating Shanks, with the help of a third DF, will put his bounty over 4,6 billion.
Many think Akainu is not up there with the best anymore, which is absurd. Even though the Blackbeard Pirates stole the kill, he did the most damage to Whitebeard. He defeated another Top Tier: Kuzan. Most importantly, he gave Luffy a huge scar, which is symbolic. Luffy flinches when he hears his name.
He is in his prime. His bounty his higher than Kaido's: 5 billion.
He already had an Admiral chase Luffy (and Law). Without success.
Not only was Luffy not caught, his brazen self declared underlings almost killed a Celestial Dragon.
Akainu has declared that he will return fire, but how? He never leaves Marineford. New Marineford actually.
There is a New HQ. So should Luffy attack it, he wouldn't need to cross the Redline anymore. How convenient. Or do you think we won't see this new location?
