Yeah a king piece not the pirate king. The pirate king is the most free yet Luffy (along with everyone) is just one piece that is being controlled by Robin.

That is what luffy think it is. For general population of one piece , its probably strongest pirate having most achievements. So king piece suits him well.

I think Luffy's ultimate series goal will presumably be to restore the Ancient Kingdom after all about the Void Century is revealed.
