Cracker fought for many hours producing cracker soldiers, eventually Hancock who I doubt have the same stamina as Luffy at the moment will not be able to handle every cracker soldier comes her way for hours.

Gotta disagree, Future sight is the perfect counter against her abilities.

Even the petrification techniques that don't require lust can be countered if Luffy knows 1.) Where they will land 2.) What they will do if they do land

Only way she could be above Luffy is if she possessed the same or higher levels of haki & speed & she's shown nothing that infers that yet.

She is strong though, defo YC range

I think Hancock is the second strongest Shichibukai behind Mihawk purely because just like him, most of what she can do is still a mystery and she hasnt had much shine, this can only be because its being saved for later when Oda can show her at full power.

G4 doesnt necessary defeat Boa lol. She can intercept his attacks using Slave arrow until the gear time wears off. Also Hancock didn't go all out yet and it is very likely that she possess very good Armament and observation Haki to deal with G4

Nah, i doubt Luffy could not dodge her attacks and protect himself with adcoa against her attacks, especially with FS.
I have her at least around mid high tier/y2c.

Well I mean Luffy beat Crocodile (frozen bounty 81 million), so him beating Hancock (frozen bounty 80 million) is not that of a reach. Croc and Hancock were portrayed under a similar light: two superstar rookies who the WG capped as Shichibukai early.

Although, yeah, it'd have to be some massive asspull from Oda, considering how powerful Boa is.
