Speculations Luffy's awakening

#1
I was looking at Enel's awakening and I thought to myself that this ultimate form doesn't necessarily need to belong only to Logias. Maybe Luffy's awakening is something like this with a more congruent size... this form won't be dependant on gears... I don't know what type of abilities this will have... maybe some amplifier power of his haki while diminishing attacks...

You heard it here first.

Luffy's awakening will be the same as Doflamingo's or Katakuri's, unless the Gomu Gomu is special because of its awakening and it's something else.
No it won’t lmao.

Tell me how you envision Luffy turning things into rubber. What will it look like, his flesh? How will he control it? What’s even the point when he can already bounce around like Bellamy and straight up fly?

He won't need to use Boundman with Awakening, so he won't tire quickly because of combining his Haki and stressing out his body at the same time.
With Awakening he will make punches from the ground, buildings, etc, and he will only need to use Haki there but his body won't suffer.

Gear 4 doesn’t even exhaust Luffy at this point… He goes in and out of it on a whim…

It does, that's precisely why he switched to Base after hitting Kaido.
He switched to base because he wanted to. And Oda needed a cool shot of him declaring to be PK again.

Your ideal awakening makes zero sense but I can’t even fault you because many somehow share that nonsensical delusion.

Luffy can’t create or control rubber but magically he will be able to turn things rubber…. And for what? It offers literally nothing.

My "nonsensical delusion" is based on the two examples of Awakening we have, both being a Paramecia, and even Katakuri's fruit being very similar to Luffy's, and Doflamingo's explanation is pretty clear.
Lmao.

Like I said, it does. He won't need to use Boundman and stress out his body + he won't need to keep a mass of Haki activated and wasting Haki.

And like I said again, it can be something else. But for now, this will be his Awakening.

Doffy was able to to turn the terrain into strings that attacked Luffy. Katakuri was able to temporarily imobilze Luffy in Mochi. If Luffy's awakening was to turn the environment into rubber, there could be massive benefits, like perhaps creating rubber tendrils that allowed him to attack him from afar like Doffy, or perhaps he can manipulate the exact shape of the rubber and trap enemies like Katakuri, or perhaps even both. Personally, I do not have an idea what it will be but even if it its something simple like rubberizing the environment, I'm sure Luffy would be able to creatively apply it effectively.

Lol the fanbase is so pathetic. Luffy got G4, advanced Haki, advanced coc, future sight and yet here we are in this stupid thread talking about Luffy awakening. Y’all are so easily entertained.

I am pretty sure I laid out my comment clearly. If you have trouble understanding it then go reread it until you do?
Oh, I understood you perfectly the first time. What I'm failing to comprehend is why it's considered 'pathetic' to speculate on future powerups. After all, One Piece is still unfinished and thus there is still potential for Luffy to improve e.g. his awakening.

We have four examples from Oda so that is false. And Katakuri’s fruit is nothing like Luffy’s wtf. Luffy can’t choose to be made from flesh or mochi he is always rubber, Luffy can’t shoot rubber or control it. Nice try, Katakuri is called a special paramecia because he’s like a logia lmao
An awakened Paramecia and guess what he can’t turn the environment into gold. His range of control and sensory increased thats all.

Oh look another awakened paramecia that can’t turn the environment into something akin to Katakuri. His range and versatility increased instead allowing him to absorb an combine anything, not just metal.

Before you say anything since you clearly don’t know these characters. Both were created by Oda and the first one is canon to the One Piece universe. Gild Tesoro and Douglas Bullet respectively.

Your delusion makes no sense still.

Lol that makes no sense. Luffy can’t control or produce rubber to begin with. It shouldn’t be so hard to understand. Lmao rubber tendrils

True, Doffy's and Katakuri's DFs allowed them to create and control a substance, so perhaps their awakening was exclusive for that type of DF. However, I don't think we can completely discredit that DF awakening since there has only been 5 official DF awakenings, and only two of them have been Paramecia, so unfortunately we don't have a lot of evidence for a concrete possible awakening in regards to Luffy.

great job turning my comment completely around. I said nothing in which you just claimed. Great straw man fallacy my guy.
Nope. I literally confirmed what you said. I also don't think that would be a strawman argument.

Oda created two awakened movie villians and has already stated that one of them (Tesoro) is canon in the One Piece universe. The intent is there and that makes for 3 official paramecia awakenings.

Thinking that every DF user has the same awakening is dumb tbh. Do you think Big Mom will turn the environment into a soul? Will Kuma make the earth repel people that stand on it? So many different paramecias and most don’t even begin to fit the criteria for such an awakening.

“It’s considered pathetic” because y’all are easily entertained. Yall excitement over another Luffy stroke fest is no different than a cat being entertained by some string.
Every single member of this forum is easily entertained by things... after all we are one piece watchers.
Talking some nonsense about luffys new power ups is just how the things go around those parts...
