Luffy and bb literally did the same thing as Mihawk
Luffy is almost 100 million increased
And bb got an unknown amount of bounty increase
Why should Mihawk get a 2 billion bounty increase?

One for infilterating impel down or destroying it completely and Taking down an Admiral(killing them most probably)
After SA, IP, MF Luffy got a raise of 100m (too low actually).
After Egghead, i think Luffy should have 4b something. Higher than current BB and maybe Shanks.

Already bodied Lucci and Kizaru. The only one not defeating anybody on the island is Zoro who will lose to Lucci soon and get saved by Jinbei
It's increasing because he bodied a admiral + Lucci. His not like Loro who didn't do anything worth raising.
