Zoro dies to his own sword while he gets burnt alive. Sabo can use haki hardening and beat Zoro with bare hands, maybe doesn't even need his fire ability, since Zoro can't cut Lucci even.

Best thing for Zoro to do is retire and make a living growing sea weed on his head.

Zoro does not die by the sword, because he himself gives acoc+acoa to swords. Zoro charges koh with his fists and Sabo is killed.... After all , the executive officer of the LVL Lucci Zoro does not even need a bandana and a third sword yet .. Goofy needs a g5...

Sabo likely is superior hakiman in every way. He won his battle before he got the mera no mi and showed skill.

Zoro would be shaking behind his 3 swords. Sabo could turn into fire form and with the speed he moves as he showed against 5 gorosei + Imu it's obvious he'd burn Zoro to a crisp before Zoro could realize what's going on.

Sabo was at top of the world. Really he could crap on Zoro from high above.
