Damn..i like tis teory 🙂..

Vulcanization is a range of processes for hardening ruber...

Vulcanization is a chemical process in which rubber is heated with sulfur..

good newz lufy can heat his body with gear 2 hot blood proces...

all lufy needs is 1 element to achieve ruber volcanization....IT'S SULFUR !!!!!!!!!!..


now how he get sulfur is throu 2 ways :

1- manualy : like finding volcanos lava...and somhow integrate it with his ruber abiliti's to creat vulcanization!!!!...

OR :

2- throu a use other evil fruit that use lava element....wich is 90,18 % imposible becoz lufy can't have 2 evil fruits at a same time...but maybe he can have 2 evil fruits like blakbeard ..who knows???


now do u know what it means if lufy achieve ruber vulcanisation???? :

imagine lufy punch like gomo gomo cartling or rocket hardned with vulcanisation?????...means he can destroy his enemies into pieces...

also enemies will find it so difficult to inflict damage on luffy's vulcanized body...it will work like shield!!!..

Imo, I think G5 is practically "Vulcanization", but then again, Luffy could use this against Akainu.
