Ever since the beginning of One Piece, Oda was hiding the real name of the last island until we learned that it was not called Raftel but Laugh-tale. What if.... That was a double bluff!?!? What if.... The real name of the name of the last island is Luf-tale which is short for Luffy's Tale?!? What if.... The one piece at the last island is a poneglygh with Luffy's story written on it?!?!
But how would something like this be possible or even make sense? It would require from the people 800 years in the past to know exactly what will happen in the future something that should have been impossible.... until we learned about a devil fruit which allows its user to travel to the future but, very important, it does not allow it's user to travel back in time. What happens when you awaken that fruit though? What we have seen with awakenings so far is that the users' abilities become stronger and they are able to manipulate their surroundings. Now I ask you, if the user cannot travel back or sent other people in the past, what if the awakened state of this fruit is the ability to send items in the past? Like, let's say, huge unbreakable stones with with the history of the past (present time in one piece) written on them? Since those stones have been around the past 800 years it would be easy to assume that the Wano people of the past created them.
I am sure there might be holes in the theory regarding the poneglyphs, I could be forgetting some information that could make it invalid but the revelation about Luf-tale just hit me out of nowhere and since then I ve been trying to piece things together. I just wanted to share it with you as soon as possible so we can work on this theory and expand it together!
