you know if Sabo is alive (which i'm pretty sure he is), i think Oda might pull some VPN-like device in One piece so that the WG mistook Sabo's real location.

For me it will be some stupid plot device like always, the VPN stuff might work, insert it and never speak about it again (like the black snail interceptors, if they did that, seen once a ton of time ago and I don't even remember what it was). Or make him float on some log like when he was a kid and encounter X so that the plot develops again, then somebody else seem to die/ be in danger and so on.
